Wanting To Do vs. Doing - Airing My Frustrations

It feels like I can't bring myself to do many of the things I want to do this week. I want to clean. I want to catch up on my paperwork, on some of the items on the to-do list that are becoming more urgent each day. I want to cook healthy meals. I want to run. I want to do yoga. I want to create. I want to write. I want to paint. I want to sew. I want to read. I want to rest.

I'm on sabbatical, I should have time to do all these things. Is it a lack of discipline? A lack of structure, energy or focus? All of the above? Maybe my expectations of what I can accomplish in a week are just too high. Maybe I need to break it down into smaller chunks. Maybe I need to just do.

Whatever it is, at this moment, I'm feeling the tension and dissatisfaction that lie between what I want to do and what I'm getting done. It's frustrating.
