Transition from Squam
I am in the midst of two worlds, working to bring them together instead of making them mutually exclusive. Squam was more than I ever could have imagined; it pushed, nurtured, overwhelmed and elated.
I want to carry its momentum with me as I return to my everyday life. I feel ready.
More to come later, today is my transition space.

Hey roomie, I love this post. It resonated so perfectly: being ready to transition all we learned and spoke at Squam into our everyday lives, not just leaving it back there to wither up and die as winter comes to New Hampshire. I'm ready too. Can't wait to read more as you process. . .
"...pushed, nurtured, overwhelmed and elated." Wow! I'm so proud of you - and a little more than envious. :-) I look forward to hearing about it, and seeing it unfold in you...

what a gorgeous photograph! and an eloquent post. as i read your words, i tried to imagine your delightful canadian accent... thank you for reminding me to enjoy this "transition space" rather than getting lost in all the hurry-up and catch-up. it's so important to stay connected...not only to the people but also to the experience. i miss you!
Selfishly, I am just glad to have Steph back... though I'll support her in her transition anyway I can.
I am glad to hear you girls all had a good time at Squam!
yay! i'm just so superbly happy to have gotten to know you. we can stay in touch now. ;-D have you seen the pics at flickr yet?
xoxo
